What is your Payment Method?
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, VISA and Master-card at our retail store location, Pay-Pal is our on-line payment method. At this time, on-line shopping is not setup to take our gift certificates and/or our frequent buyer's cards towards purchases - must be used at retail location. We'll let our customers know when this changes. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

How do I purchase products through the on-line ordering process?
Click "Add to Cart" to add a product to your shopping cart. View your shopping cart contents before final purchase by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. You may adjust the quantity or remove items from your order here as well. After you review your shopping cart contents, you will be asked for your credit card information. This transaction is completely secure.

What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns for defective items or unopened items that are in a new and resell-able condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please contact us at the Color Wheel for a replacement or refund if applicable.

What Customer Service help do you offer?
Our goal is to provide fair and timely customer support. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. We are in business to stay in business and will work with our customers to find a solution in the event of a problem. Please contact us if you have suggestions or questions about your order.

What is your On-line Shipping Policy?
Orders are typically on a first come first served basis and shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days via the UPS or USPS Priority mail whichever is the least expensive. US address orders: Please allow at least 5-7 days after shipping for your package to arrive. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail or Airmail Parcel Post. Please allow 6-9 days after shipping for your package to arrive. Please realize that some items in high demand may take a few extra days. Upon purchase, you will be notified if there are any exceptions or anticipated delays in shipping your product.

What are your Class Policies?
Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Payment is required with enrollment. Reservations and payment can be made on-line using Pay-Pal, or in person, by phone, or by mail. Should you need to cancel for any reason, our policy as follows: Contact the Color Wheel immediately. You may ask a friend to take your place or ask us to hold the materials for you to pick up. If notice is not given or you are a no show, class materials will be forfeited. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the following applies: Note the Color Wheel reserves the right for whatever reason, to cancelled or reschedule a class. If the Color Wheel cancels a class, we will gladly issue you a credit to use towards another class, merchandise, or give you a full refund. We will notify you promptly with any dates and/or time changes due to class rescheduling. Only paid class members may attend. Age requirements for class is age 12+ unless specified in class description or has been approved by the instructor. No babies or children allowed during class. Please note that classes will start promptly, please arrive on time or before.
